The Mom Business Growth Kit
Business plans that leave room for mom life.
The Mom Business Growth Kit is a self-paced course for moms who are choosing a business direction, preparing an offer, or improving a business that feels scattered. You work on one offer from start to finish, at the pace your life allows.
What you will do: Develop one clear offer, write messages you can use to sell it, create a practical customer outreach plan, and organize your next 30 days around the time you actually have.
Who This Is For
This course is for moms who are:
- Choosing which business idea to pursue.
- Struggling to explain or sell an existing offer.
- Spending time on scattered business activities.
- Rebuilding a workable routine after motherhood interrupts their momentum.
If you already run an established business, you can use the course to improve one offer. Advanced hiring, automation, and scaling are outside its scope and need more specialized support.
What You Will Work Through
The course has four modules, each with three lessons.
Module 1
Get clear on what you’re selling
Choose one idea to work on, find out what your customer actually needs, and build an offer you can deliver.
You finish with: one offer with a defined customer, scope, initial price, and a plan to test customer interest.
Module 2
Explain your business so people understand it
Say what you do without overexplaining, give people a reason to care, and make it easy to take the next step.
You finish with: a business introduction, offer description, sales invitation, and working customer next step.
Module 3
Find people who might buy
Choose where your customers can find you, start conversations without feeling pushy, and follow up to find the real problem.
You finish with: a focused visibility plan, appropriate outreach messages, and a method for following up and learning from responses.
Module 4
Make the plan fit your motherhood
Plan from your actual availability, choose what matters this month, and know what to do when the week falls apart.
You finish with: a 30-day work plan, a smaller alternative for interrupted weeks, and a repeatable review process.
